Return Policy
We offer products that are either eligible for refund or not available for refund, with exceptions. This classification is available under the Shipping & Returns section on each product page.
Eligible for refund
Products that are eligible for refund may be returned within 30 days from purchase. To request a refund for an eligible product, please send an email to daniel@rep18.com with the order number. You will then receive instructions on how to return the item.
Not available for refund, with exceptions
Products that are not eligible for refund are usually created on-demand after a customer makes a purchase. This means the product is custom made based on each customer’s individual preferences. Therefore, we cannot accept any refunds. Exceptions to this policy include:
Products that are damaged upon arrival to the customer’s shipping address
Products that are the incorrect size due to the fault of REP18
Products that are the wrong color or design due to the fault of REP18
We ask that customer’s provide photo evidence for products that are damaged or are the incorrect size and/or color. If the customer is eligible for a refund, we will issue a new product and cover any costs associated with the refund.

Products listed on our website that do not have a eligible for refund or not available for refund, with exceptions classification on their product page should be assumed to be not eligible for refund.
